Roster Creation Instructions Coaches not submitting rosters via SportsPilot need to follow these instructions, in order for CYO Athletics to properly import the rosters into SportsPilot, the online registration program.	View
Roster Signature Sheet Athletic Directors need to take this form to their Pastor along with a copy of the rosters, to have each player's eligibility approved by the Pastor.	View
