Confession Toolkit

Making a Good Confession

Confession, penance and reconciliation – all three words refer to the same sacrament offering the gift of God’s mercy and forgiveness. Think of it as CPR for the soul. In this toolkit you’ll find "CPR" instructions to help Catholics in experiencing the Lord's compassion in the sacrament.
