The Annual Catholic Appeal is about being Catholic and
recognizing there are priests and deacons to be trained,
social services for the needy and poor to be offered,
Catholic schools to sustain and grow, retired priests and
nuns to support and so much more! The Annual Appeal allows
you to join thousands of Catholics throughout Western
Washington to gather the resources needed, helping in a
much bigger way possible than if we tried to do it alone.
Thanks to YOUR generosity, our church is here in times of
need providing comfort and hope.
The Annual Catholic Appeal is an
Archdiocesan campaign that gives everyone an opportunity
to support over 60 ministries and services throughout
Western Washington and occurs in the spring of each year.
Pledges can be made with payments spread out over the duration of the
campaign. Monthly reminders are sent from the archdiocese.
Parish Stewardship giving is your yearly
financial commitment to support your parish and usually
occurs in the Fall of each year. Letters and reminders are
sent from your parish.
There are 175 parishes and missions in the Archdiocese,
serving 579,000 Catholics. When you give a gift to the
Annual Catholic Appeal, your money goes to support over
60 ministries and services.

The average gift to the 2012 Annual Catholic Appeal was $310. Please know that every gift, no matter the amount, can and
will make a difference. The reality is that some of your fellow parishioners will not be able to financially support the
appeal this year. If you are not already giving at this level, would you consider a gift of $1 a day or $365 or more, to
make up for those who cannot give in 2013?
